This 8" Chocolate cake was a surprise Birthday cake for a very special wife.. Her husband had this amazing idea that he wanted to surprise her with a beautiful yet peaceful backyard pond cake and to my surprise he provided me with a very detailed sketch!! Pretty sure he just might have a side job if he needs one LOL ;)
Every stone was hand made out of fondant, the waterfall is made out of rice krispy treats. The Koi & decorations are all fondant, the water is home made sugar gel. ♥
