6" Vanilla cake filled with fresh raspberries & white chocolate curls surrounded by Vanilla, Chocolate and Raspberry & Almond cupcakes – each decorated with a handmade fondant topper representing a ‘favourite thing’ of Jimmy’s. Quite time consuming (and a challenge at times in this current British heat wave!) but thoroughly enjoyable to make, especially as the whole order comes together and such a personal way to celebrate a landmark birthday x
