Top tier was a vanilla cake with a strawberry butter cream, bottom tier is a chocolate cake with a peanut butter buttercream both are iced with ganache and covered with a white chocolate fondant. Figures are gum paste, palm trees are modeling chocolate, I used a wax paper transfer method to place the stripes on the top tier. The board is a faux wood finish.
