I have been waiting for so long to make this cake it seems. The bride wanted something soft, romantic but with a little bit of ‘bling’ in it using the colors gold and ivory. First time doing the rose ruffle technique on the bottom tier. It takes quite awhile to do and a LOT of fondant, but so worth it! (I used the tutorial made by Sharon Wee) Top two tiers are iced smooth with vanilla buttercream icing then I did brushed embroidery and scroll work. Florist provided a fresh flower topper to match the flowers throughout the venue. Bow and bottom tier made using LMF. I really enjoyed making this cake, I hope you like it!
