This cake was 5 tiers for a bride who just specified lace and peonies but wanted as much height as possible. the top 3 tiers were chocolate and the bottom lemon and vanilla. it was a lovely cake to make and when it was finished one of my daughters messaged me that when she gets married that’s the cake she wants …I guess I’’ll be waiting a while for that one.
