I made this chocolate mud cake for my sons teachers at his little private day nursery as he will be starting big school in September!!! I wanted to create something very simple and classic as a thank you gift for all his super teachers.
This is a chocolate mud cake, filled with a rich chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and chocolate fondant…..chocolate heaven!!!!
