High heel stiletto shoe

I made the cake, shoes, and the flower. For the shoe I used high heel silicon 6 inches. The flower was made with Wilton gumpaste and it has a brooche in the center.

OMG, can you please share how you made this shoe? I had to try and make one for a client and failed horribly! I was so stressed out! I know how to make the heel, but the other part of the shoe I was not able to complete. PLEASE PLEASE share your knowledge. Your work is simply amazing!
