I was asked to make these mini cakes for a friend who is visiting her mum in Japan this week. The only instructions I was given were to make her some mini cakes so I went with the flow and kept to a. Ok our palette of pinks and purples with gum paste strawberries on top for that summery feel.

Thank you Laura. I had scraps of fondant left over from recent projects and I wanted to do something to tie them together. This worked perfectly.
