This was a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, I made for a friend, whose grand daughter turns 11/2. I’ve been wanting to make booties…and this was the perfect opportunity. While I thought the shoes were not very neat, my friend, and more importantly, the baby, loved it! I truly love cake decorating!
