I really enjoyed making this cake as it combined my passion for caking and jewellery making. So pleased with the end result which got me a Gold Award and placed 3rd in category at this year’s Cake International at Excel in London. In fact I liked one of the jewellery square pendants that I made out of icing so much that I replicated it in silver with matching earrings and now wear them all the time. Might have to start a new trend looking at the last photo whereby you can wear your jewellery and then eat it! ha ha Stranger things have happened so watch this space! :D
