These sardines were made to celebrate Lisbon!
The first one recreates the traditional portuguese tiles.
The second one is inspired by our famous Galo de Barcelos, and the third reflects our love for a good fish meal, hehehe, with a more traditional fish looks. The scales were made using the skinner blend technique applied to sugar paste.

These were published in a portuguese cake design magazine.
