I loved making this cake! Entirely inspired by a cake of the day recently by OpEn Top Taart’s Cakes. I was asked to make a cake for a lady turning 94, it was for a week that was already booked to the max, but no way was I gonna say “no” to that request. 94 years old, that lady deserves a cake!! I made a lovely vanilla coconut with buttercream and all decorations are fondant and 100% edible. So here is my version, it was very fun and I am super pleased with the outcome.
