My very first Gender Reveal Cake!! Soo much fun to have the chance to make a cake like this. A bit of an issue with humidity and the icing, but in the end all worked out pretty well. Flavor was vanilla with whipped chocolate ganache filling, iced in vanilla buttercream icing with fondant accents.

(btw, it’s a girl! Inside was tinted a very vibrant pink!)
