Here is a little cake for my grandsons second birthday. I was supposed to be out of town for the day but I flew in early so I had 1 day to put this together. I love making fondant figures! The cake is 2x 5in red velvet, with ganache filling and satin ice fondant. It’s my first attempt at covering a real cake! My previous attempt was on a foam dummy. I can’t wait to make more!
