My latest creation,named after Emily Bronte’s “Wuthering Heights” ,a three tier 1 foot tall dessert made after being inspired by the Goddess of tiered Entremet, M Robin.I know it’s not even half as good as the master but happy with the outcome. :D .This was made for a very happening couple celebrating their first Wedding anniversary.
