Last month I had the pleasure last month of attending a course at Squires, sadly whilst I was away my mother in law passed away. She had been battling for the last two years after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. She was hugely supportive of my work, and it seemed quite fitting to name the cake after her, and she would have liked it.

Its a 6 & 8" rounds, with chocolate roses to decorate the top tier.
