I made this cake for a sweet little neighbour girl who was turning one year old. The cakes are iced in buttercream, buttercream ruffles and fondant swags, flowers and plaque. Princess Sophia’s skirt is cake as well and decorated with fondant and of course her body and head are fondant as well.
