I was asked to do this large cake for a young lady graduating from high school. She loves her family farm and her show steers and for them to be featured. First time for me sculpting a beef steer, but quite honestly, I was thrilled with how he turned out. Each tier was a different flavor and they all received rav reviews!:) Only downfall was the humidity was INSANE the entire week while making this cake and the day of the party half way through set up, I swear it cranked to crazy levels!
