This cake was for a special little girl who LOVES fairies, princesses and Hello Kitty!!!

The cake contains three layers of vanilla sponge in three colours(yellow/pink/purple) and has strawberry jam and buttercream inside and is decorated with buttercream and hand-crafted decorations.

The fairy-princess topper is made with a combination of modelling paste and gumpaste. She is currently my third modelled figure. I LOVED making her!!
