For hubby’s niece on her 14th birthday, a replica of her favourite shoes.

This cake is about 15" in length, so I had to bake three 12×6″ cakes and piece them together like Frankenstein’s foot to get enough cake…. not many cake scraps left over for ‘taste-testing’!

Every year I’ve incorporated her nick-name (Rosie-Pie) into the cake, this year I put it in the logo on the side of the shoe, where it is supposed to say ‘Chuck Taylor’.
