This cake was created for a young girl turning 8 who absolutely loves Bob Marley and his music. I wanted to create something using the traditional Reggae colours and incorporating Bob Marley of course and this is what I came up with. I used my own silicone mould as a base for his face and moulded it until it resembled Bob’s face. he turned out a little more like a bobble heas than I thought but I like him.
Bob was made from modelling chocolate.
