This is my first sprinkle cake – with rice paper flower – and I love it! The recipient wanted a cake for her daughters christening, she had a very tight budget and allowed me to make whatever I wished as a result – this was my choice as I had wanted to make a sprinkle cake for an age! I used a tutorial by Half Baked for the sprinkle cake and a tutorial by Jen’s Just Desserts for the rice paper flower!
