Little Freya decided to make an early arrival into the world and now she’s 1 already. She was being Christened 2 days before her 1st birthday. The bottom is a 12" lemon sponge with fresh raspberry buttercream and covered in white ganache. The top is a 8" chocolate madeira filled and covered in chocolate ganache. The little shoes and name blocks are sugarpaste.
I struggled with covering the square as I wasn’t feeling well all week but wasn’t going to let the lady down. So please be gentle with me as I know it’s not the best! The lady loved it so that was a bonus :0)
