9" square base, 7" square middle and 5" round top tier covered with buttercream and fondant accents.
I had a lot of fun making this! The turrets are wafer ice cream cones and sugar cones covered in fondant and ‘glued’ together with white chocolate. This was for a four year old little girl. I really want to try this in a ‘sand castle’ style cake.
