This is my daughter’s 5th birthday cake. She loves Belle, hence the golden yellow colour. Pink is her other favorite colour so I incorporated it into the cake as well… It is a caramel mud cake with white chocolate ganache. Tiara is made from gumpaste and all other decorations are fondant.
