This is a three layered vanilla sponge cake with jam and vanilla bean buttercream which I made for the Christening of my cousin’s daughter. It is covered in fondant and the decorations are all hand made in gum paste. Nowadays my close family get cakes as presents for special occasions… Whether they want them of not! lol
