Peonies and succulents were part of this baby shower decor. Gumpaste flowers with relaxed fondant ruffles. The succulents are real as I didn’t have time to learn to make them which is another item on my agenda. I used floral water picks for the succulents then inserted them into the cake so they woudn’t be touching the cake. Top tier is gluten free chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and bottom tier is tangy lemon cake with lemon cream layered with fresh raspberries for the filling.
