This took me so much longer than I had anticipated! Double barrel choc mud cake filled with choc ganache and covered in white buttercream. Topped with handmade rainbow and finished off with a simple plaque. Quite happy with it in the end….not so happy with the mess in my kitchen once I’d finished!!
