This was a design I had in mind for a long time so when my hubby needed one for a co-worker I just had too do it. I got the idea from a gift bag I saw and new straight away it was perfect for a cake. Had never done stripes before so had no idea they were so time consuming. He is suppose to look like the balloons are about to pull him up into the air, hope it looks that way.
