I’ve made this cake for a woman who was going to celebrate her 50th birthday in Paris. However, sad family circumstances didn’t allow her and her husband to visit their dream romantic place. So instead, they decided to have her party at french restaurant and even though she wouldn’t be seeing the real Eiffel tower, she was at least going to see it on her Birthday cake.
The Eiffel tower was made from gumpaste and decorated with royal icing.
