A 60th Birthday cake that I made for a lady who collects Pocket Dragons – so I made her very own sugar Pocket Dragon! I didn’t want this cake to look like a kids cake so wanted to have a sophisticated feel with the present that the dragon is sitting on. Red & white theme was chosen by the client as it’s her favourite colour – I thought this was a great cake for St George’s Day too!
