Our Gorgeous friend Mel turned 30 last week (whippersnapper!!) and I had the pleasure of making a birthday cake for her High Tea. We had a lovely day and I think Mel liked her cake.
I made her a White Chocolate mud cake with a fresh raspberry puree and white chocolate ganache. It was a little bit tasty haha! The decoration is handrolled fondant and Royal Icing piping.

OH Rae… you know how much I love this design!!! every element is so beautifully done!!! The pink and black work so perfectly for this design and all completed with that amazing peony!! Love that “30”!! your amazing!!
