This Hello Kitty cake design was for an adult birthday. The celebrant LOVES Hello Kitty so I wanted to make sure that the design is not too little girlish…I decided to take inspiration on the many accessories that Hello Kitty stores here in Japan offers. I chose the quilted patterns on the many handbags and wallets that I saw and this is the result. TFL :-)
