This is a cake I made as a raffle prize for Age UK. It’s a 6" and 5" choc mud, filled with vanilla imbc and covered in ganache. I used a patterened side scraper for the stripes on the ganache. The top spray is a closed peony along with a small ranunculus and some filler flowers…. TFL x
