This cake was for the Cake and Bake Show 2012 competition which theme was Beach Cake. I chose the Ipanema Beach, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where the next Olympic Games will be, also Brazil is my home country :)
It turned out quite an exotic cake but I enjoyed making it. It was airbrushed and and all pipped with royal icing.
