A complete departure from my norm, these cupcakes were commissioned by a local school, to present to the author/illustrator Oisin McGann on his visit! They took me forever to do but I was over the moon with the result, as was the school and Oisin himself! Designs were based on his illustrations and simply made from sugarpaste and highlighted with paste colour and lustre.
