This fun operation cake was created for a recent high school graduate who’s dream is to one day become a surgeon. Each “body part” is hand-cut out of fondant, and the look is complete with edible play money and an LED light (which i forgot to light up for the picture) for the nose. The matching favor cookies are modeled after the playing cards that come with the game
