So, when a friend gives you 24 hours notice to make a surprise wedding cake with no brief other than ‘they got married somewhere on Route 66 and they’re home tomorrow’, it was a tad scary !! But here it is … an imaginary car made from RKT on top of a deep, ganached chocolate mud cake. Thank goodness they liked it ! :)
