This was my first time doing scroll work and my first 4 tiered cake! Although I was nervous, I had a blast making it. The tiers are 6", 8", 10" & 12". The top & 3rd tiers are white cake and the 2nd and 4th are chocolate, all frosted in buttercream. I hand piped the scrolls and the bows, ribbons & topper are hand made out of fondant.
