This ski adventure cake was designed and created to celebrate a dad’s 55th birthday. He is an expert skiier, so we decided to have some fun and play on the whimsical side. My daughter Maddie made his face and green eyes and many other elements. I managed the hat (tube measured to fit head and scrunched at the top). It was a challenge for us since it is quite a departure from our “girly” cakes.
