My two year old daughter is allergic to milk and soy. This cake is a plain carrot cake with none of these ingredients. There is no frosting.I used sugar syrup to adhere the fondant to the cake. The fondant is home made and allergen free as are the animals which were hand moulded with home made fondant. My daughter was happy!
