Following the rainbow chevron art party craze, I was asked to make a rainbow chevron cake. The client wanted a buttercream iced rainbow cake with fondant accents.

Upon researching chevron cakes, I noticed that the majority used a lot of little pieces, put together, to make the chevron pattern. I prefer the seamless look, so my goal was to make each colored chevron strip as one continuous piece. I am very happy with the result!
