I was so incredibly excited to receive my first “call to action” for Icing Smiles :) This cake was for a wonderful young man turning 18 who is currently battling Leukemia – he loves all things basketball and will hopefully be playing on his school’s varsity team again as soon as he’s able! Lemon pound cake with vanilla buttercream filling, covered in fondant with fondant details.
