It was an honor for me to be asked by Cake Central Magazine to create a cake last year and it was published in December issue 2012. I was never in my entire life would have imagine this day would come seeing my own cake appeared in a magazine!! Still couldn’t believed it until today…lol!! Due to my time constrained at that moment just a few days before I was about to leave for a family vacation in October, I was bit skeptical about doing this cake. in the same time, I didn’t wanted to loose this opportunity! However, I’m glad i manage to push myself to take this chance and complete this cake just before my vacation :) I’ve used 3 essential cake decorating elements-sugar paste, royal icing and sugar flower to create this simple and clean look of Winter Gold Wedding theme cake …specially made with love :)
