I’ve been asked to do my first wedding cake! The bride-to-be has no idea what she wants (possibly purple!), so in preparation for our consultation I’ve produced some samples. The purple bunch of flowers (thank you Peggy Porschen for my inspiration) is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The pink and white cake is vanilla cake and raspberry buttercream. Lastly, the pearly cake with yellow and white flowers is lemon cake with lemon buttercream.

I’ve also got loads of books and photos to show her, so hopefully something will inspire her!
