Here is one of our new creations, a ballerina cake for Lisa’s Birthday, who used to dance ballet when she was younger. The ballet slippers, also edible, were made out of fondant and icing sheet details. The cake inside was chocolate with cream cheese buttercream. Hope you like it! :)
