Had an extra 6" 3 layer carrot cake after a bridal tasting so i tried out the ruffle technique with 4 shades of orange. the two shades of orange in the middle didn’t show that well on the camera (my new camera which i am slowly learning on!). Anyway, hubby got to take it to work today and they liked it!
