I wanted to do something different & unique.
So, I did a little thinking & tried some new techniques!!
Although it may not be absolutely perfect,….. I’m quite happy with the end result.
This cake was a Chocolate Genoise with Chocolate mousse filling.
Everyone at the party was pleased…..that made me super happy.
Friends who saw the pics of this cake, have now placed their orders…… Now I’m super- duper HaPpY!!
