Created to help celebrate a 60th birthday.
The colour palette was pale purple, green, blue and pink, and I had to weave these colours into something that would compliment a garden high tea.
Inside the cake is a four tiered (middle tier is double height) flavoured in dark chocolate, pear and pistachio.
