I made this cake for my sister(she’s currently studying in Brisbane, Australia) who is celebrating her birthday away from her family for the first time. She loves dolphins, lighthouses & beaches. This is a Mango Chiffon cake frosted & painted with coloured royal icing. I love how it turned out!
